Transportation Bill will Spur a Rise in Construction

The Associated General Contractors released an analysis which indicates that, thanks to the long-term transportation bill, declines "in heavy and civil engineering construction are expected to turn around in 2016."

That is good news for the construction industry which is already seeing an 17-year low unemployment rate at 8.5 percent.
