DODGE Momentum Index Moves Higher in January

The Momentum Index, the monthly measure of the amount of non-residential projects in planning, showed a second consecutive month of growth in January.  It also indicates that the institutional sector is "more robust than that of commercial," with over 14 percent growth in 2015.
